Really a beautiful place. Unfortunately trying to talk with whom ever was doing the front desk was difficult. There weren't any amenities such as towels and the well water was very harsh. Otherwise it was very pretty and grounds were well kept.
Fabulous vacation cabins! This place was the BEST! Dog friendly, family friendly, and super clean. They have tons of amenities for everyone: paddle boards, kayaks, pontoons, board games, a small playground, basketball court, sand pit & wi-fi. We really loved the decks overlooking the lake! These cabins can not be beat!
This is our second trip here. This time we came up for a weekend winter getaway. Kelli and Bob are absolutely wonderful! -43 out and the pump house froze. They are doing their absolute best by accommodating us. Bringing us water from their house etc. It has not put a damper on our trip at all! For us it adds to the adventure! The loon cabin is beautiful and toasty warm! We will be back in May for sure! The serenity of this place is just perfect!
The family owned resort is perfect, the cabins are well maintained and updated and the owners ensure that they get anything you need. Boat rentals on either of the two lakes in the area and pontoons and canoes make for added fun. It’s as comfortable as can be and we made two trips in two months and may try to take one more before summer is over!
Clear Lake Resort offered the perfect weekend of relaxation and fun for our entire family. We have young children (ages 3-7) and they were in heaven with the non-stop biting of bluegill from the docks, canoes and paddle boats! The resort is just the right size if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway. It's tough to beat drinking a cup of coffee on a dock overlooking a beautiful MN lake early in the morning while you hear only loons calling in the background. Excellent service and the friendliest owners! Thanks for the unforgettable memories. We will be back.
Love it, can't wait to come back. Very peaceful and beautiful. Small, but great for the whole family. Bob, Kelly and family are very nice. The loon cabin is new and modern. The other cabins are a little older but work just fine. Great get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
The resort was amazing! The owners were so friendly and helpful, as we forgot a few items. The owner also had plowed the lake for our hockey players and ice skaters, he even put a big light down on the ice so they could play at night! We were so grateful for this time together at a beautiful resort! Thank you again. God Bless!
